Welcome to what will be your home these days, I hope you enjoy your stay.
This house is comfortable and very clean, equipped with everything you and your family need to enjoy a quiet and relaxed stay.
Rest happily at home, after walking through the parks and doing your shopping. Or stay in and play all day at the private pool and playground!
We are located 10 minutes from Disney World, near US-192 and also I-4 for easy location.
Outside of the listing have cameras it's for security.
The space
The house has large spaces and bedrooms. In the backyard you will find an impressive playground for children from ages 3 to 10. It also has a refreshing pool with shaded lounge chairs and a table where you can spend time with your family. Both playground and pool are completely private for our guests, they are part of the house!! :)
The house has 3 bedrooms: Master bedroom with 1 King size bed. Room 2 with 1 Queen size bed and Room 3 with 2 twins. Each room is equipped with a Smart TV. Self check-in with the lockbox.
Maximum cleaning and comfort will make your vacation pleasant.

IMPORTANT!
The house has 3 parking spaces, there are two parking spaces available on the driveway for guests (on the right). The third space (on the left) it's for the owner who parks there.
The garage is not available. The owner lives in a studio-studio-annex of the house.
This studio-annex has a separate entrance, without access to the property you rent, so don't worry because no one will bother you.
For the comfort of guests, we leave soap, shampoo, conditioner and 3 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.
If you would like the pool to be heated, the cost per day is $55. Minimun 3 days. Please let us know if you want this option with at least two days of notice so it is ready when you arrive.
