The building used to be an old bar and ballroom- this penthouse unit was part of the top floor ballroom before it was abandoned then restored into a stunning residential abode. Original masonry and exposed rafters with open 2nd floor give this location a loft-like feel. While still carefully maintaining historic beauty and character, this 3rd floor penthouse property has all the modern conveniences. Hardwood throughout (marble in bath), granite counters, stainless appliances, well equipped kitchen, central ac/heat, mesh wifi is blazing fast fiber optic, two master bedrooms, and a private rooftop with 360 degrees of Chicago city skylineview (trust us that the photos cannot do this one any justice!)

Perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or an adult beverage and watch the sunset (or rise) over the one-of-a-kind city of Chicago silhouette of skyscrapers. There is also a private rooftop deck with nearly a 360° unobstructed view of the Chicago skyline.

The building is occupied by long term tenants and so we do not allow events or entertaining of any kind to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone. No guests in excess of reservation unless prior written approval. However, the Pub across the street has ample room for parties and even has two different private party areas that you can usually use free of charge (just let us know and we can help you make arrangements.)
The Irish Pub across the street, Irish Nobleman Pub, is a highly rated neighborhood bar & grill with great food and specials every day of the week.
